1. Free delivery for all orders made within the Kingdom of Thailand

2. Orders will be processed within 24 hours of working days after the payment was verified.

3. Products will be delivered via Kerry Express, unless specified by the customers. The differences in delivery fee will be charged to the customer.

4. Once the package shipped from our warehouse, a tracking number is provided to the customer

5. The products shall deliver to the customers as forementioned address on checkout menu. Please expect the product to arrive within 1-3 working days (1-2 days in Bangkok and metropolitan area or 2-3 days for other provinces)

6. The product is insured during delivery in an amount of the cost of the product. The insurance fee is covered by the company only if Kerry Express is used. Other delivery services is not covered for lost or damaged product that may occur during transportation.

7. In case of any unexpected circumstances from the company or delivery company resulted in delivery delays the company shall inform the customer within 24 hours..

8. Company’s work days are Mondays – Fridays from 9.00 a.m. – 6 p.m. except national holidays.
